Arrow Fees

 We are confident that we can help you find a helper suitable for your family, SO we don't collect any "upfront" fees. You don't pay anything UNTIL you sign a contract to hire a helper. If we can't help you, we won't charge you one cent.

Our Agency fee is $3,500. which includes:

• Skype or phone interviews with applicants.
• All processing and Consulate fees in Hong Kong and the Philippines.
• Preparation of all documents required by the Philippine Consulate, Hong Kong Immigration Department, and POEA.
• Physical exam: All applicants must pass a mandatory Philippine government licensed exam before going to work abroad.  Testing includes blood work-up, physical exam by doctor, STD/HIV screening, chest x-ray, stool/urine examination, etc (a sample medical report is available for your reference).  Before getting on the  airplane to come to Hong Kong, applicants will have a pregnancy test (blood not urine test).
• One way ticket from Philippines to Hong Kong.
• Airport pick-up.
• Escort them to apply for HK ID card, and pick up ID card for them..
• One night accommodation after arrival.
• Escort them to your home.
• Follow-up calls for 1-2 months (every 7-10 days) to see how they are performing and to give additional training and coaching as necessary.

Arrow agency fee does NOT include the Philippines Mandatory Insurance for OFWs, cost: HK$1116 for 2 years. The fee is not transferable and non refundable according to Philippine Law. This insurance does NOT replace the Insurance required by the Hong Kong Government.
 
Refund Policy

If your helper cannot come for any reason, or if in the first 3 months of employment, either you, the employer or the employee decide to terminate the contract, you are elgible for a 50% refund or a replacement.

Replacement Policy
If, for ANY reason,(during the 2 years of the contract) you need to replace your helper, you are entitled to one replacement. This offer is good for ONE replacement only and our replacement fee schedule is as follows:

• First 3 months: $500
• 4 months to 1 year of employment:  $950
• 1 year or more of employment:  $1150
