Helper improves the quality of family life for this customer

L***  has adjusted wonderfully to our family and the children adores her, especially our littlest one. 

We are very pleased with her performance. She takes initiatives and manages her time well. She has become such a fabric in our family it's hard to imagine that it's only been 2 weeks.

Our apartment is always clean and she is secretly a wonderful cook. We have opportunity to spend quality time with our children now because L*** takes care of the house management.

Dear Smith and Arrow Staff,

Hello. :-) We're writing to share our happiness with you all! Our son (name withheld) is now 1 year old! He's cute and happy! Also our helper C* T* has been living together with us for more than 1 year :-). We're glad to have her help everyday and we really want to thank you all for introducing this "young grandma" to us! I have two praise reports to share.

One – I thank God for your ministry and your heart to pair up good helpers and good homes.  I have domestic helper needs and I am so glad that God provided a Christian agency to help me.

Two – I thank God for M*** as she is doing very well at my home.  She is a blessing to my family and my children are growing to like her.  I appreciate her positive attitude and her willingness to communicate.  I pray and I hope that this great start of our relationship will continue on. 

As mentioned to Ione and maybe some of you earlier, I would like M*** to attend your church and make good Christian friends when she is off and when she can.  To encourage her to do so, I am giving her a paid holiday this Sunday and she is also excited about attending church.  However, since she is new to Hong Kong and I am quite busy during the Christmas season, do you know if there is a church member lives near **** that may take her to church this Sunday.  If so, please call me...

  I would also like to share that I really appreciate how Arrow actively follows up on the status after a new helper arrives.  This serves as a communication bridge between helper and employer and it is very helpful, especially before a family and the new helper develop a trusted relationship. Employer agencies in general may fulfill the needs, but Arrow strives to reach hearts.  Thanks again for the good work you all do!
