Arrow has a generous refund policy. As far as we know, ARrow is the only agency in Hong Kong that offers any kind of refund. The employer can choose either one replacement or a refund under the following conditions. 

Our Refund Policy

If your helper cannot come for any reason or if in either party decides to terminate the contract in the first 3 months, you are eligible for a 50% refund or a replacement for a nominal fee of HK$500.
