YES! Arrow has a generous refund policy. As far as I know, we are the only agency in Hong Kong that offers any kind of refund. The employer can choose either one free replacement or a refund under the following conditions. This refund of $1800 is available for the following conditions only:
- If your Helper withdraws from her contract before arriving in Hong Kong.
- If the helper fails her physical exam and cannot come to Hong Kong.
- If you, the Employer, withdraw from the contract before the Domestic Helper has begun processing in the Philippines. If you, the employer, withdraw from the contract after the domestic helper has begun processing in the Philippines (completed medical exam, etc.)you, the employer, we will refund the amount of the air ticket only.
- If either you or your Arrow helper terminate the contract in the first 3 months we will either give you one replacement* or a refund.
* $500 documentation fee
