We work hard to make every placement work, but if you need to replace your helper, we want to work with you.
Our Replacement Policy
From the date of signing till completion of the 2 year contract, if for ANY reason you need to replace your helper, you are entitled to a one-time reduced replacement fee.
• Signing - 3 months of employment is $500
• 4 months - 1 year of employment is $950
• 1 year - end of contract is $1150
With your cooperation and support, we will also work to help your helper find a work situation better suited to her personality and abilities.
