Our HK$3,500 agency fee is payable upon contract signing.
Our complete services include:
- Skype or phone interviews with applicants
- Preparation of all documents required by the Philippine Consulate (POEA) and the Hong Kong Immigration Department
- All processing and consular fees
- Physical exam - All helpers must pass a mandatory Philippine government-licensed exam before going to work abroad. The exam includes blood work-up, physical exam, STD/HIV screening, chest X-ray, stool/urine examination (a sample medical report is available for your reference). Before flying to Hong Kong, applicants will have a pregnancy test (blood not urine).

- Airport pick-up
- Helper orientation and budget planning training
- Escorting them to apply for a HKID card, and pick up service on their behalf
- One night accommodation upon arrival
- HK$200 pocket money (for first-time employers)
- Accompany new helpers to your home
- Regular follow-up calls for the first month to see how your new helper is settling in and to give additional training and coaching as necessary
*** Arrow budgets HK$1,000 for a one way air ticket from the Philippines. If ticket prices exceed HK$1,000, employers are asked to pay a surcharge or wait until a cheaper ticket can be purchased.
The Arrow agency fee does NOT include the Philippines Mandatory Insurance for OFWs - HK$1,116 for 2 years. This insurance fee is non-transferable and non-refundable, according to Philippine law. Please note this insurance does NOT replace the health insurance required by the Hong Kong Government.
