Arrow follows up every placement. For the first 2-3 months, we call around every 10 days to see how you and your helper are doing? Our goal is to provide "holistic" service. We understand that hiring a helper involves many changes and adjustment for both employers and employees. We will do our best to coach you and your helper, so that the placement works out.
