If you are hiring your first helper you will need to provide the following:
- A copy of your HKID card
- Proof of address
- Copy of a recent utility bill (electric, water, gas, home telephone or internet)
- If the bill is under your spouse's name, please bring a copy of your marriage certificate
- Proof of finances (please choose ONE)
- Most recent 3 months of pay slips
- Recent 3 months salary deposits records
- Recent 3 months bank account statements for an account with a balance of more than HK$350,000.
- Names, birthdays, and HKID numbers of everyone living in the house
- If you have a helper currently serving your family, kindly provide her name, HKID number, contract expiry date, and visa expiry date
- Payment of your fee (HK$3,500) and Philippines Mandatory Insurance (HK$1,116), a total of HK$4,616
