After we hired a helper to help with our grandson, people in our home Bible Study began asking us to help them find helpers for their friends and family. Our helper introduced them to her friends and ladies from her church. Together we helped them with the paperwork, but went to local employment agencies to complete the processing. Their service was poor, the staff was rude, and our friends were turned off by the whole process. They told us "Why don't you start your own employment agency?" We prayed about it and then did it. We started Arrow with 2 goals in mind: 1) provide HK families with good helpers and good service so they can hire helpers without feeling afraid or anxious, and 2) to help life Filipino families out of poverty by providing good jobs and life skills training.
