Arrow ladies are reffered by friends or find us through the internet. All ladies on our website go through an intensive week-long training conducted in the Philippines. We use training to equip and evaluate applicants who attend. Because we have a good reputation among helpers, and because Arrow employers have a reputation for fairness and kindness, we always have a waiting list of ladies who wish to attend our orientations.
