All Arrow ladies are recommended to us from other successful Arrow ladies. If an Arrow helper does well and pleases her employer, we allow her to introduce friends or family members to attend our orientation. Our week long orientations are conducted in the Philippines and we use these sessions to both equip and evaluate those who attend. Because we have a good reputation among helpers, and because Arrow employers have a reputation for fairness and kindness, we always have a waiting list of ladies who wish to attend our orientations.
