Astalita is a 41 year old single woman. She lives with her parents in the Philippines. She wants to come to HK to earn money for her future, and to take care of her parents in their retirement. 

She is a high school graduate who speaks English well (8.6).

Astalita worked in Kuwait from June 2005 til Jan 2009 as a domestic helper for a family of 6 (4 older children). Her duties included housekeeping, cooking, laundry, carwashing and gardening. From 1997 until 2004 she worked in HK for two employers. She worked for the first employer for one year only, but she worked almost 7 years for the 2nd employer. The 2nd employer was a family of 4 adults. Her duties included marketing, cooking, laundry, housekeeping and caring for an elderly woman in poor health.

Brenda is a 47 year old married mother of 3 children (19,13,12). When she works in Hong Kong her parents will help care for her children.

She has completed 2 years of college (junior secretarial) and speaks English well (8.7). She is also a licensed security guard, and has undergone a 7 week training course for that profession.

She is currently working as a domestic helper in the Philippines (2006 til present) for a family of 5 (children: 13,7,4). Her duties include childcare, escorting the children to and from school, cooking, laundry, housecleaning, etc. Prior to that she worked for PSSI (7 years) as a security guard.

Sonia is a 37 year old single lady (1/8kids). She currently lives with her parents.  She is a high school graduate who speaks fair English (8.4) 

From December 05 until Feb 2009 she worked in Jordan for a family of 6 adults (parents and grown children). They had 3 maids. Sonia's duties included housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and food preparation. She left the job to spend some time with her elderly mother. Her mother and father are currently in good health.

Sonia F. Syjongtian是一位34歲的已婚母親，育有4名兒子(5,9,11,13歲)。她畢業於高中，並能說一般的英語(8.25)。在港期間，她的母親會代替她照顧4名兒子。

從02/2009至08/2009，Sonia受雇為家庭僱工，為一家3口的家庭工作，包括一個媽媽和兩個7,5歲的孩子。她負責清潔、洗熨、買餸、照顧小孩、烹調和洗車。從2006至09/2007，她為一個3人的家庭工作，包括一個7個月大的嬰兒。她負責家務、買餸、烹調和照顧嬰兒等。因為Sonia的小孩得到了哮喘，所以她辭去了工作回到菲律賓去。她的雇主因此雇用其他人以取代她。

Sonia F. Syjongtian is a 34 year old married mother of 4 sons (5,9,11,13). Her mother will care for the children when she is in HK. She is high school graduate who speaks fair English (8.25).  

Sonia currently works as a housemaid (Feb 2009 til Aug 2009) for a family of 3 (mom and 2 kids: 7,5). She takes care of the children, clean the house, does the laundry, marketing and cooking, washes the car. Prior to this work she was a full time housewife.

Sonia worked in Macau from 2006 until September 2007 as a helper for a family of 3 (baby 7mos old). Her duties included housework, marketing, cooking, infant care, etc. Sonia's child was having struggle with asthma and she requested to return to the Philippines to check on her child. When  she did her employer hired another person to replace her.

Maribeth Mamaradlo是一位39歲的已婚母親，育有2名孩子(15,10歲)。她於1984年完成2年的助產士課程，並能說一般的英語(8.2)。在港期間，她的母親會代替她照顧孩子。

從2006至2009年間，Sonia受雇為家庭僱工，為一家2口的菲律賓家庭工作，包括一個媽媽和一個女兒。她的職責是清潔、洗熨和烹調。

另外，Maribeth在1988至1991年間於科威特被一個家庭雇用為家庭僱工，當中有6個小孩(16,14,12,10,8,6歲) 她負責照顧兩個最少的孩子、清潔、洗熨和烹調。

Maribeth希望來到香港工作的原因是因為收入不足以支付家庭的需要。因為我們在Arrow Orientation 的CCBC分享，她稱她現在是一名「重生」的基督徒。

Maribeth Mamaradlo is a 39 year old married mother of 2 kids (15,10). When she comes to HK her husband and mother will care for her children.  Maribeth completed two years of midwife training (1984), and speaks average English (8.2).

She currently (2006-2009) works as a domestic  helper for a Filipino family of 2 (mother and daugther). Her duties include cleaning, laundry and cooking.  

She worked in Kuwait from 1988-1991 as a domestic helper for a family with 6 kids (16,14,12,10,8,6). Maribeth was responsible to take care of the two youngest children, clean the house, laundry, and cooking.  

Maribeth wants to come to HK because her current income is not enough for her family. Maribeth says she is now a "born again" Christian, because of the sharing of CCBC at our Arrow Orientation.

Kharen Unay是一位26歲單身女士(在7個孩子中排第3)。她畢業於高中，並能說一口不錯的英語(8.5)。06/2009至06/2009，Kharen被一個5人家庭受雇為家庭僱工，包括3個9.5,3歲的孩子。她的職務包括一般的家務，如烹調(大概1個星期一次)、買餸、洗衣、和照顧子孩等。Kharen Unay希望來到香港工作能夠改善家裡的農具、肥料和農藥等。

Kharen Unay is a 26 year single lady (3rd of 7 kids). She is a High School graduate and speaks English well. (8.5) Kharen worked as a Domestic Helper in Lebanon from June 2006-June 2009 for a family of 5 (3 kids: 9,5,3). Her duties involved all the normal domestic duties, such as housework, childcare, laundry, marketing and some cooking (average 1/week).

Kharen wants to come to Hong Kong to help her family improve their farming with tools, pesticides, fertilizer, etc.

Merlyn Ancheta是一位37歲的單身女士。她完成了2年的秘書大學課程，並能說一口不錯的英語(8.5)。她最近在一間本地的商店做售貨員。10/2005至08/2006間，她曾做過家庭僱工。她的職責包括烹調、買餸、清潔和清洗2架車輛等。僱主夫婦都要上班的關係，Merlyn集中於照顧幼兒，其餘時間便要做家務。因為黎巴嫩和以色列出現戰爭，所以她沒有完成合約便離開了。Merlyn希望來到香港工作能夠經濟上照顧患有哮喘的媽媽和支付定期的藥物。她亦都想為自己的將來去儲蓄。

Merlyn Ancheta is a 37 year old single woman (8/8kids. She has completed a 2yr college secretarial course and speaks English well. (8.5). Merlyn currently works as a saleslady in local store. She worked as a DH in Lebanon from Oct 2005 until Aug 2006. Her duties included caring for a family with 2 kids: (1mo. and 4 years old). She also washed two cars, cleaned the house, did the marketing, cooking etc. Both parents worked so Merlyn's focus was on infant care and childcare, as well as doing the rest of the household chores. She didn't complete her contract because war broke out between Lebanon and Israel.

Merlyn wants to come to HK to support her mother who is suffering from asthma and needs regular medicine. She also wants to save for her own future.

Lorena Bufe是一位40歲，育有2名女兒(18,12歲)的已婚母親。她畢業於高中，並能說一般的英語(8.25)。01/2008至06/2009，她受雇為家庭僱工，為一個4個成人的家庭工作。她的職務包括烹調、清潔、洗衣、買餸、清洗車輛等。該家庭有4個睡房和兩個浴室。因為經濟問題，她被僱主辭退。她原本希望留在香港工作，但在丈夫的要求下，她回去菲律賓一起解決家庭問題。Lorena希望來到香港工作能支付女兒上大學的學費。

Bufe is a 40 year old married mother of two daughters (18,12). She is a High School graduate who speaks English fairly well  8.25.  Lorena worked in Hong Kong as a DH from Jan 2008-June 2009, for family of 4 adults. Her duties included preparing meals (3 meals/day) for the family, cleaning the house, marketing, washing the car, laundry, etc. The employer's home had 4 bedrooms and two baths. She was released for financial reasons. She was expecting to stay and work in Hong Kong, but her husband asked Lorena to come back to the Philippines to help him deal with a family problem.  

Lorena wants to come to HK to provide money for the university studies of her two daughters.

 Ludily Solmiano是一位28歲的已婚女士。她完成了一個2年的酒店管理課程，並能說不錯的英語(8.5)。她還懂得說印尼語和明白一些亞拉姆語。08/2006至11/2008間，Ludily被一個3人家庭受雇為女僱，其中包括一名17歲的孩子。她的職務包括清潔、烹調、洗衣、買餸、洗2架車等。該名雇主亦都雇用了Ludily的兩個姊妹。11/2004至2006間，她被被一個5人家庭(全部為成人)受雇為女僱。她的職務包括所有的家務、烹調、洗衣等。因為該個家庭另外有兩名的女僱，所以Ludily與她們分開煮食的職責。在2003至2004間，她曾在約旦為一個有5個小孩的家庭工作。

Ludily Solmiano is a 28 year old married woman with no children. She completed a 2 yr course in Hotel Restaurant Management, and speaks English well (8.5). She also speaks Indonesian and can understand some Aramaic. 

Ludily worked as a DH in Jordan 8/2006-11/2008 for family of 3 (1 child 17 y.o) Her duties involved housecleaning, laundry, marketing, helping with the food prep and cooking, washed 2 cars, etc. The employer also employer Ludily's 2 sisters.  Prior to this she worked as a DH in Jordan from 11/2004-2006 for family of 5 adults. Her duties involved all the housework, laundry, food prep and cooking. This family had two helpers, so she split the cooking duties with the other maid. From 2003-2004 she also also DH in Jordan for a family with 5 children.

 Angelina Benedicto 是位32歲羅馬天主教徒，也是位單身母親，育有2子(11歲和6歲)。她與父母同住。在港期間，父母會替她照顧兒子。她曾於07年7月至08年4月在港工作。她坦言舊僱主常因她犯下一些小錯誤而對她動怒，這也許是基於她十分想念家鄉，導致心不在焉。她主要負責清潔、煮食和洗車。她是僱主兩位家傭的其中一位，另一位印傭則負責照顧小孩，但她只是工作了4個月就離開了。Angelina是個中學畢業生，其英語程度也不俗！(8.0)

 Angelina Benedicto is a 32 y.o. RC single parent (11 & 6 boys). She lives with her parents, who will care for her sons when she is in HK.  Angelina worked in HK from July 2007 until April 6, 2008. Angelina said her employer was always angry with her over small mistakes. She said that she might have allowed homesickness to affect her too much, causing her to be absent-minded. She was responsible for cleaning, cooking and washing the car. She was the 2nd of two helpers. They had an Indonesian helper who took care of the children. The Indonesian helper had only been there for 4 months. Angelina is a high school graduate with fairly good English (8.0)
