What is Arrow Pre-employment Orientation?

Arrow 1 week long pre-employment seminars in the Philippines is now FREE to qualified applicants*.  After the 1 week seminar applicants will have the opportunity to complete a TESDA examination at the end of the week. (TESDA fee not included in this offer)

Why do I need to attend the seminar? Can't you just find me a job?

The week long seminars are designed to allow Arrow to get to know each applicant personally, so that we can confidently introduce you to our Hong Kong customers and match you to a family suitable for you. During the orientation you will learn about Hong Kong culture, and gain the knowledge and skills to succeed in Hong Kong. EVERYONE employed through Arrow MUST attend our pre-employment seminar. No exceptions.

"But I already have 10 years HK experience. Why do I have to attend the seminar? You don't have to attend the seminar. You can always apply to another agency (one that is expensive and doesn't care about you), BUT if you want to be an "Arrow lady", then you need to take the time to learn our ways. We'll pay for your stay, all you need to do is invest your time. Besides that ....

At the end of each one week orientation we have skype interviews with customers waiting to hire an Arrow lady. Well qualified applicants will often be hired before the week is out, and most applicants find a job within 2 months. All applicants are required to attend our pre-employment orientations, regardless of their overseas experience. If you are ex-Hong Kong and well qualified, it is likely that you will be hired during the orientation week. If you don't attend the training, we won't know you and won't be able to promote you to our HK customers.
