Joel Delacruz is the husband of one of our Arrow applicants. He wants to apply to work in Hong Kong as well. The only problem is: JOEL IS A GIFTED ARTIST! He doesn't need to work in Hong Kong, he needs to market his artwork. He worked for a Japanese employer who sold his work for 1000's of pesos, and paid Joel almost nothing.
