I wrote a new article "How to Terminate an Employee".  We don't encourage employers to terminate employees, but let's face reality: these relations don't always work out. If you reach the point where you need to terminate your employee, do it well! The work relationship can be ended in an amicable way. We are currently translating into Chinese.
