To find the right person to serve you and your family, we listen carefully. Our goal is to understand your family's needs and expectations.
Second, we screen and train our applicants
We don't make blind placements. If we feel an applicant won't be a good fit for your family, we won't recommend them to you. We train every applicant. Our training is conducted in a licensed training institute in the Philippines.
Third, we follow up after placement
For each placement we provide regular follow-ups for the first month to ensure that major concerns and issues are addressed at the beginning.
Our Process
Our staff will send you profiles of suitable applicants for you to consider. If you like our recommendations we will then arrange for Skype interviews from the comfort of your home. You, your spouse, and family members can interact with applicants, and choose a lady who fits your needs and family situation. Once you've have chosen a helper, you can come to our office and complete the paperwork, or for a small fee, we'll bring the paperwork to your office for your signature.
