Really thankful for your email.   I am glad that I asked you the questions.

Yes, I was very thankful that the Arrow staffs taught her some solid money management skills including savings etc.  When she showed me the sample spreadsheet she received in her training, I was impressed.  Thank God!

I will help her with the setup of the HSBC account and bank the money to her every month (which is my preferred method as well in this Internet age anyway :>).  Also, will try to encourage her re savings etc as advised.
