  • For overseas hires, the processing takes 8-10 weeks.

    Local Contract Finisher visa processing takes 2-4 weeks.

    Local Transfer due to relocation of employer normally takes 4 weeks.

  • When you come to sign the contract, please prepare and bring the following items with you:

    • A copy of your HKID card

    • Proof of address

    MUST be either one: Copy of a recent utility bill (electric, water, gas, home telephone or internet)

    If the bill is under your spouse's name, please bring a copy of your marriage certificate

    • Proof of finances (please choose ONE)

    Most recent 3 months of salary deposits records

    Bank passbook/statement showing auto-payment of your monthly salary not less than HK$15,000

    Or, showing recent 3 months bank account statements for an account with a balance of more than HK$350,000

    If the income proof is under your spouse's name, please bring a copy of your marriage certificate

    • Household Info: Names, Year of Birth, and HKID numbers of everyone living in the house

    • If you are expecting a newborn ,please bring a copy of doctor's certificate.

    Former or current helper passport full name, HKID number, visa expiry date and date of termination of contract

  • You should be prepared to pay your service fee in full when you sign the contracts. Air tickets and optional HK medicals are bill separately.

    If you do the direct deposit, please send us the bank in slip with your name (the employer) and the helper's name you hired written on it via email (flora@arrowes.hk) or what’sapp to 6353-4775

  • If your helper can’t come to HK (for any reason) Arrow will give you a free replacement (from the Philippines).

  • If either you or your helper decides to terminate the contract in the first 6 months, Arrow will give you a 25% discount on hiring a replacement.

Arrow helps customers as they adjust to and manage their helpers during the entire 2 year contract, making it much more likely that the helper will finish her contract successfully.
