What to Expect

After you have chosen your helper and completed the documentation, Arrow will begin processing the application. Here is what will occur:

WEEK 1 - Arrow preps docs for Immigration & drops off the visa application at Immigration

WEEK 4-6 - Immigration issues the visa. Arrow sends a copy to the Philippines agency and submits the contracts and visa to the Philippine Consulate in Hong Kong for their verification

WEEK 6-8 - Philippine agency applies for the OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) and the helper attends Arrow training. The air ticket is booked. The helper does a 2nd medical (if needed) and pregnancy test and prepares to come to HK. Employer attends the Employer Orientation Seminar (one evening).

WEEK 10 - Helper arrives HK and is picked up by Arrow, taken for HKID, and oriented for work. Standard plan helpers are delivered to the employer's home.

WEEK 11-15 - Helper attends New Arrival Classes (Tagumpay) on her day off. We host classes on Saturdays and Sundays at the Arrow guesthouse
