Nov 3, 2011 - Nov 3, 2024: She is currently working in HK (Tung Chung) for an older single woman and her adult son (the employer of record). Her duties include housework, laundry, ironing, marketing, and cooking. She cooks vegetarian food in Chinese, Japanese and Western styles. She cared for 2 Yorkshire Terriers for 8 years until their death. She cooked special food for them, fed them, bathed them and walked them daily. She also washed 2 cars.  When her employer lived in Taipo she also cared for a rooftop garden and grew blueberries and raspberries.  Her madam is moving to China for her retirement and she was hired for elder care, so her job will end when her visa runs out in November. The employer is willing to release her earlier, but wants to be sure she has a good employer first.

May 2011 - Oct 2011: She worked in HK Pok Fu Lam for a couple with 2 kids: 5, 3 y.o. Her duties included caring for the children, cleaning the house, doing the laundry, and cooking. The house was over 2000 s.f. Her madam punished her for mistakes (not giving her water), they gave her food scraps for food, etc. She resigned after 5 months.

April 2009 - April 2011: She worked in HK Kowloon for a Chinese couple with a 7 y.o. son. Her duties included housework, laundry, ironing, tutorials for the son. She took him to school and activities. She finished the contract.

Dec 2007 - Feb 2009: She worked in Sai Kung, for a S. African couple with 2 kids: 3, 5 y.o. They had a 3 storey house. She did the housework, laundry, ironing, and cooking. She helped the girl with her violin lessons, and took the kids to their tutorial classes and activities. The madam restricted her food and wouldn't give her a food allowance. Arlene was losing weight and becoming ill so she resigned her post.

Dec 2003 - Dec 2007: She worked in Homantin for a couple with 3 kids: 2, 6, 8 y.o. The middle child was ADHD. Her duties included childcare, housework, laundry, ironing, marketing and cooking. She tutored the children in their lessons and taught them piano. She took the children to swimming lessons also. She finished her contract and was the only  helper. She didn't renew because they only gave her 1/2 day off.
