2012 - 2014: She worked in Tsuen Wan for a working couple with newborn girl. Her duties focused on newborn care, housework, laundry, ironing, marketing, and cooking. She also took care of an old dog. She finished her contract but didn't renew because the mom lost her job and became a stay at home mom.

2007 - 2012: She worked in Causeway Bay for a couple and Popo. The family ran a Mahjhong Parlor out of their home and employed 2 helpers. Florencia focused on cooking, marketing, serving the players, housework, laundry. When the family could no longer afford 2 helpers they released Florencia and kept the older helper.

2002 - 2007: She worked in Tsuen Wan for a working couple (pastors) with a newborn baby. After 1.5 years the madam gave birth to her 2nd child. Florencia took care of the kids from birth until 5, 2 y.o. Her duties focused on childcare, housework, marketing, and cooking. The children were closely attached to Florencia and the madam became upset about that and decided to terminate her.
